There are decks galore, and a rather large one off of the MBR, at the peak of the cabin. In short, there are four levels of decks. The Great Room has a pretty stone fireplace and built-in bookcases. The kitchen is quite spacious with plenty of room for a large dining room table. When outside, you can hear the South Fork of the New River below. Chances are, with tree cutting and trimming, you should be able to see the River as well. The roof is approximately 8 years old. The heat pump was installed approximately 7 years ago. There is a community lake in the development. Now for the reality: the entire backside of the cabin slants. An Engineer wrote a report dated 10/3/2020. The structure is good; however, he suggested some foundation work. The apartment has a water issue at one corner of the wall, so the carpeting has been pulled up, and the square footage was not counted as heated.
