We are not from the area and it was her knowledge and expertise of the area where we were looking which ultimately led us to decide on purchasing our new home that WE LOVE. The negotiation process can be stressful but April handled so much on our behalf, that it went seamlessly....The process of getting numerous inspections and everything needed for closing can be extremely overwhelming but with April as our agent, she made sure everything was scheduled and completed throughly and timely.
