Ashe High Country Realty is now Twenty Years Old!

During the summer months, there are street festivals, gallery crawls, music in the backstreet pocket park and a farmer’s market featuring locally grown vegetable, fruits and mountain crafts. The winter months are filled with holiday events, the hustle and bustle of the tree industry, the holiday parade, nearby skiing and the performing arts.

Ashe High Country Vacations, LLC is now active in property management with emphasis on vacation rentals. The company will consider some long-term rentals, but mostly homes that appeal to the weekender or short-term rental market. Jerrita's mission is to give outstanding service to both her visitors and her clients.

While many small towns experienced a decline in real estate sales over the past two years, a decline in property values as well as the local economy, West Jefferson has sustained both in the downtown businesses and sales of homes in and around West Jefferson.
