Once we decided to make an offer she guided us through the entire process, making sure everything was done in our best interest. She has lived in the West Jefferson area her entire life so she is intimately familiar with the entire region as well as having numerous contacts for any services needed before or after closing. April also goes the extra mile for you. For example, as we were finalizing all the details for closing she felt the final reading on the propane tank did not seem right. She made a special trip to the property, photographed the tank gauge and the new reading saved is about $400. That’s what April does.
