We live 8 hours away and Maxine was able to help us long distance with all the paperwork and inspections. Once we purchased, Maxine gave us advice for local service people, great restaurants and other tips that helped us settle in. Because of health issues we had to sell our property recently. Once again Maxine went above and beyond what anyone would expect of their realtor. She made the reselling so much easier because we already know her and know the quality of her customer care.
