Very nice buildable lot within walking distance to the Beech Mountain Club golf course (members or guests of members have exclusive use of the course - do not walk the course or cart path) The membership is available by separate purchase. See information in Documents. The one hour tour is highly recommended so for more information please call the Club administration at 828-387-4208. The Club's recreation area (summer pool, pickleball, tennis, pavilion, offices and indoor rental space for events) and Lake Coffey (1/4 walking trail surround this lake and it is State stocked with fish for fishing during the year) are not far to drive to and the ski slopes are just a couple of minutes away. Lot slopes uphill gently so placement of a home should at least get a seasonal mountain view. Hiking trails abound on Beech Mountain and the Beech Mountain Resort is a year round center for mountain biking and concerts in summer and skiing/snowboarding in winter. Be sure to take the chair lift to 5506 - the cafe at the top with the best 360 degree views of our town.
